Gormandale & District Primary School is located in the township of Gormandale, at the northeast corner of the Strzelecki Ranges in the Wellington Shire.
Our school is located approximately 25 kilometres south east of Traralgon. Our school was opened in October 1995 following the amalgamation of the Gormandale and Gormandale East Primary Schools. At present the school has an enrolment of 38 students.
Our school is an integral part of our close knit community. We have great parental community support and involvement in many school activities.
Our School Council is active in developing, monitoring and reviewing school policy and performance. They are very much involved in our school.
Our current staffing structure is made up of experienced educators with a commitment to learning. All of our staff share the common goal of providing our students with a friendly and caring environment that inspires and engages children to achieve their personal best, providing them with the necessary skills and knowledge to become valued members of the community.
